Kellie Miller Arts (KMA) is an artist owned gallery located in the prestigious, historical heart of the Brighton Lanes area; a fitting situation for a space sympathetic to the art of story-telling.
The gallery houses local, national and international artists, with works that speak of the artistic process, where the hand of the artist can be seen.
Sculptures, textured paintings, mixed media and ceramics are Kellie’s passion, and marrying these different art forms allows her to present artworks that are approachable, engaging and enjoyable.
She takes great delight in collecting and selecting artworks, displaying them harmoniously and beautifully, especially for you.

We believe that selecting art should be a welcoming and inspired experience, which is why we offer private viewing appointments, free of charge. These one-on-one sessions are a wonderful way to explore new collections and see favourite pieces hung in arrangements that best consider your needs and preferences. If you want to make the experience even more momentous, VIP and out-of-hours appointments are also available upon request.

About Kellie
Artist Owned Gallery
Kellie Miller is an international artist, curator, critic and gallery owner. She gained her first degree in arts from the University of Brighton in 1994 and her MA in Arts Criticism in 2001 at City University, London.
A professional artist since 1994, she established Biscuit Studio, an artist workspace, in 1996 and has attracted many international artists to work there. She is also a founding member of Hove Arts, an Open House Trail forming part of the Brighton Festival.
Museums and private collections in Taiwan, Japan, Germany and the UK hold her works. Her art has been featured widely in the press, including The Times, The Guardian, Elle Decoration and Homes and Gardens.
Kellie Miller Arts (KMA) is an award-winning gallery representing and supporting over 100 artists. In 2013 she embarked on a pop-up gallery project representing eight artists. After the project, she realised she had a talent for curating and selecting artworks. She secured and developed the same space to become known as the best gallery in Brighton.

Kellie is a successful businesswoman who is passionate about all art forms and has been a patron of the Brighton Dome for several years.
She believes in education and community; she champions the arts and has taught and lectured students from early years to MA level. She launched her KMA awards in 2015 to encourage young people to develop and pursue their creativity. She offers selected and winning artists an opportunity to exhibit their works at her gallery, exposing them to the art market and the art business. The idea is that nurturing creative minds will lead to creative lives, encourage problem-solving skills and inspire the entrepreneurial spirit.
Kellie also lectures on the Goldsmith's University MA course on Cultural Entrepreneurship.
She is a trustee on several boards, including the Brighton Improvement District (BID) or Brilliant Brighton. The BID supports Brighton's businesses and delivers many projects and initiatives, including Enliven Brighton Art Trail and Third Thursdays, which saw a mural art trail and outdoor projections—Dressing the City and the Christmas Lights.
